He began his Professional career over two decades ago at Deloitte and Touche, a firm of  Chartered Accountants. He later joined the Accounting firm of D O Dafinone & Co.(now Howarth Dafinone) rising to the position of a Partner before joining Nigerite Limited in 1993.

Mr Efole contributed to the Federal Government of Nigeria's Commercialisation and Privatisation Programmes in the late 1980s, preparing "Information Memoranda" for the commercialisation, partial commercialisation and privatisation of key Federal Governmen enterprises.

Over twenty years experience as an educationist, statistician and in managing accounting, financial systems, information systems and providing business solutions to governments, multinational organizations and companies. 

Trained and acquired experience in various walks of life and organizations, some of which are Ondo State Civil Service: Economic Planning and Statistics of Finance Ministry and Ministry of Lands and Housing. Federal Civil Service: Federal Ministry of Education and Ministry of Defence. PriceWaterHouseCoopers and now Nigerite Limited of the Etex Group.

He graduated as a Chemical Industrial Engineer in Louvain, Belgium.

He started his career in 1997 as a Production Engineer in one of the production units of the Denim manufacturer Levi Strauss N.V. in Deurne, Belgium. The job involved the daily follow-up of the production

 In 1998 he was transferred to the headquarters for Europe, Middle-East & Africa continued as Quality Engineer Denim. He was responsible for the analysis of the quality data and complaints for all shipments of denim fabrics to the Levis production units. This position involved 60 % travel to the respective production plants (Tunisia, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Scotland, Spain, North & South-Carolina) and the suppliers to set-up Quality improvement plans.

  In 2000 he left for Indonesia to work as a Production Director for the Belgian Mattress Ticking Company “P.T. Clama Indonesia”, based in Jakarta. Being responsible for the full production process, including the purchase of raw materials, production (beaming, weaving, finishing), QC and shipping to the Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, Africa and Latin-America.

 In 2005 he started as the Factory 2 Manager with Nigerite in Lagos, Nigeria.
