ROOF MAINTENANCE SERVICES
:
Nigerite Limited offers complete roof maintenance
service with the view to assisting customers in resuscitating
their old and ageing roofs. This service includes the
following:
- Determination
of the suitability of existing roof structural components
for eventual replacement or servicing.
- Determination
of the state of the roof covering for the replacement
of damaged sheets/titles and accessories.
- Face
lifting the roof covering by cleaning and treating
with appropriate surface biocides.
- Recoating
the sheets/tiles after the pre-requisite steps have
been taken as listed in 1 - 3 above.
- Roofing
materials estimation.
- On-site
roofing supervision.
- Training
programme for building professionals.
